ABSTRACT
INTRODUCCIÓN La transcomplejidad se presenta como una forma de pensamiento y propuesta teórica práctica en los sistemas educativos del mundo, con amplios constructos fortalecidos en los últimos años. OBJETIVOS Mostrar los constructos base de la Transcomplejidad aplicados a la Educación, que incluyen cómo se construye la didáctica, el diseño curricular, sus fundamentos epistemológicos y filosóficos en su conjunto, la forma de entender los procesos investigativos y que cualidades tiene el aprendizaje y la enseñanza en este enfoque educativo. RESULTADOS Se logra estructurar teóricamente los fundamentos sobre los cuales nace, primero como teoría educativa y luego como Transcomplejidad DISCUSIÓN La transcomplejidad rompe los esquemas de la educación tradicional y bancaria y centra su respuesta en la complejidad y la transdisciplinariedad.
INTRODUCTION Transcomplexity is presented as a way of thinking and practical theoretical proposal in the educational systems of the world, with broad constructs strengthened in recent years. OBJECTIVES To show the base constructs of Transcomplexity applied to Education, which include how didactics is built, curricular design, its epistemological and philosophical foundations as a whole, the way of understanding the investigative processes and what qualities learning and teaching have in this educational approach. RESULTS It is possible to structure the theoretical foundations on which it is born, first as educational theory and then as transcomplexity DISCUSSION Transcomplexity breaks the schemes of traditional and banking Education and focuses its response on complexity and transdisciplinarity.

INTRODUCCIÓN: tratar de encontrar posturas epistemológicas en la educación que permita analizar como los estudiantes aprenden no es una tarea fácil, sin embargo, mostramos ideas constructivas educativas vinculadas a la complejidad y la transdisciplinariedad. OBJETIVO: identificar las características del aula mente social vinculada a las Ciencias de la Educación en el paradigma de la transcomplejidad. MÉTODOS: revisión teórica de carácter exploratorio y descriptivo sobre la temática. RESULTADOS: el aula mente social nace de la Teoría Educativa transcompleja a partir de la reflexión de la metacognición con un enfoque complejo. CONCLUSIÓN: el pensamiento transcomplejo es una estrategia educativa emergente del siglo XXI que permite que los estudiantes puedan desarrollar su aula mente social como potencial creativo.
INTRODUCTION: trying to find epistemological positions in education that allows analyzing how students learn is not an easy task, however we show constructive educational ideas linked to complexity and transdisciplinarity. OBJECTIVE: identify the characteristics of the social mind classroom linked to Educational Sciences in the paradigm of transcomplexity. METHODS: theoretical review of an exploratory and descriptive nature on the subject. RESULTS: the social mind classroom was born from the transcomplex Educational Theory from the reflection of metacognition with a complex approach CONCLUSION: transcomplex thinking is an emerging educational strategy of the 21st century that allows students to develop their classroom social mind as creative potential.

OBJETIVO. Reflexionar sobre la importancia del paradigma transcomplejo en la formación de los residentes de la especialidad de Medicina Física y Rehabilitación que permita comprender la realidad compleja y diversa que caracteriza la discapacidad. METODO. Revisión teórica de carácter exploratorio y descriptivo sobre la aplicabilidad del paradigma transcomplejo en la formación de los especialistas en Medicina Física y Rehabilitación. Las estrategias de búsqueda se realizaron de la literatura científica publicado en español e inglés en bases de datos como Medline, Lilacs, Scielo, Cochrane, Pubmed y Google Scholar, Dialnet. DESARROLLO Y DISUSION. La trascendencia de la transcomplejidad evidencia la necesidad de la coexistencia con los paradigmas preexistentes con visión integrada complementaria, favoreciendo así el conocimiento científico y la reflexión filosófica. Las patologías emergentes junto con la revolución de nuestra especie en todos sus ámbitos también llaman a un cambio dentro los paradigmas. CONCLUSIONES. El arte de la transcomplejidad hace que la investigación salte al mundo multidimensional, mismo que es ineludible frente a la necesidad de la complementariedad dentro de los trabajos de investigación y educación de los residentes en Medicina Física y Rehabilitación.
OBJECTIVE. To reflect on the importance of the transcomplex paradigm in the training of residents of the specialty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation that allows understanding the complex and diverse reality that characterizes disability. METHOD. Theorretical review of an exploratory and descriptive nature on the applicability of the transcomplex paradigm in the training of specialists in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. The search strategies were carried out from the scientific literature published in Spanish and English in databases such as Medline, Lilacs, Scielo, Cochrane, Pubmed, Google Scholar and Dialnet. DEVELOPMENT AND DISCUSSIO. The significance of transcomplexity shows the need for coexistence with preexisting paradigms with a complementary integrated vision, thus favoring scientific knowledge and philosophical reflection. The emerging pathologies together with the revolution of our species in all its fields also calls for a change within the paradigms. CONCLUSIONS. The art of transcomplexity makes research jump into the multidimensional world, which is necessary in view of the need for complementarity within the research and education of residents in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

El propósito: develar los escenarios ocultos de la muerte materna ocurrida en los micromundos poco abordados en el estado Aragua durante el quinquenio 2011 2015.La muerte materna constituye un complejo problema de salud pública, un importante indicador de desarrollo humano, que muestra las más grandes inequidades entre países de diferentes niveles de desarrollo. El enfoque integrador transcomplejo, constituye un camino epistemológico para develar lo que poco se dice y se evidencia, partiendo de referentes multidimensionales que se explican en una dialógica de saberes que no se aplanan unos a los otros sino que se interceptan para hacer tangible las determinaciones socioculturales poco abordadas en las explicaciones de la muerte materna. Desde esta perspectiva epistemológica se hace posible evidenciar las tramas ocultas del discurso de la vida de las mujeres sobrevivientes a la muerte materna, debido a la posibilidad que esta visión de pensamiento brinda para identificar distintos tipos de discurso y las hipertrofias de los mismos, develadas desde interpretaciones que no solo son parte de los micromundos estudiados de las mujeres sino desde la maya de saberes que se imbrican para la comprensión de los testimonios de las informantes. Mediante la hermenéutica como metódica y la historia de vida, se desarrolló un proceso de interpretación y comprensión de los significados de la muerte materna, fundamentadas en sus puntos de encuentro, permitiendo visibilizar lo invisible, desde una postura intersubjetiva. Con técnica de observación, entrevistas enfocadas a: dos mujeres que sobrevivieron a la muerte materna, se obtuvieron las vivencias, lo percibido y recordado, logrando la retención de esa experiencia vivida, que fueron procesadas, encontrando algunos hallazgos como: inadecuada praxis en salud; violencia obstétrica, violencia de género, violencia institucional; creencias socioculturales y representaciones sociales en relación con el embarazo; cargas sociales, emocionales y de trabajo durante el embarazo.
The purpose: to reveal the hidden scenarios of maternal death that occurred in the little-addressed micro-worlds in the state of Aragua during the five-years period 2011 -2015. Maternal death constitutes a complex public health problem, an important indicator of human development, which shows the most great inequities between countries of different levels of development. The integrative cross-complex approach constitutes an epistemological path to reveal what little is said and evidenced, starting from multidimensional references that are explained in a dialogic of knowledge that do not flatten each other but are intercepted to make sociocultural determinations tangible. little addressed in the explanations of maternal death. From this epistemological perspective, it is possible to reveal the hidden plots of the discourse of the lives of women survivors of maternal death, due to the possibility that this vision of thought offers to identify different types of discourse and their hypertrophy, revealed from interpretations that are not only part of the studied microworlds of the women but also from the Mayan knowledge that overlap for the understanding of the informants' testimonies. Through hermeneutics as a method and life history, a process of interpretation and understanding of the meanings of maternal death was developed, based on their meeting points, allowing the invisible to be made visible, from an intersubjective position. With observation technique, interviews focused on: two women who survived maternal death, the experiences were obtained, what was perceived and remembered, achieving the retention of that lived experience, which were processed, finding some findings such as: inadequate health praxis; obstetric violence, gender violence, institutional violence; sociocultural beliefs and social representations in relation to pregnancy; social, emotional and work burdens during pregnancy.
